Shipping and Returns

Your order may incur slightly longer processing and/or shipping times due to high demand. We’re hustling! Thanks for your patience!

HOW TO GET FREE SHIPPING
FREE Standard Shipping is available within the USA and Canada on all orders over $150 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes). For orders under $150, standard shipping is a flat fee of $15.

Processing & Delivery Times
Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days but may be longer during peak seasons. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 10 business days for standard shipping. If express shipping is selected at checkout, processing times still apply. After being picked up from our warehouse, packages should arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 6 – 10 business days

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the USA and Canada.

  • Standard Shipping (3-10 business days): FREE for orders over $150
    $15 for orders under $150

P.O. BOXES
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your MILO purchase! If you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to returns@milocares.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. However, we will be happy to provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment.

Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at shipping@milocares.com.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away. Check all entrances, including the garage, mail room, front desk reception, or with neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. If the package is still not found, we will start a trace with the shipping provider and take the required follow-up steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5-10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@milocares.com.
